Option 1 — Complete Pillow in a Box
Ready to Sell
The easiest option for most retailers.
Each pillow comes fully assembled with the pillow insert and cover together, placed in a protective poly bag and packaged inside a custom printed box.

Each pillow arrives fully assembled and ready to move directly from receiving to the sales floor.
Best for: Retailers who want a finished, gift-ready product with no assembly required.
Option 2 — Compact Tube Packaging
Save Space Without Going to Bulk
For retailers who want a more compact individual package.
Each pillow insert is vacuum packed to substantially reduce its volume. The pillow cover is packaged separately in a protective poly bag. Both components are then packaged together inside a sturdy cardboard tube.
Standard shipping pack: 6 tubes
Tube dimensions: 6" diameter × 20" tall
The result is a compact individual package that keeps the components of each pillow together while requiring significantly less storage space than a fully assembled pillow in a box.
Each tube includes:
- 1 pillow insert, vacuum packed
- 1 pillow cover in a protective poly bag
- Both components packaged together
- 1 cardboard tube
